“[The kit] was excellent. I was able to get the coat hangers down to my level. With the poking rod, I was able to reach the towels from the rack that was in the back of the shower. And the step stool provided me easy access to the sink in the bathroom. This is probably old news to you, but it made stay very comfortable and I enjoyed the fact that I did have to push a heavy chair into the bathroom to reach the sink for a change.”
